Between June 2009 and June 2010, Sandra earned a staggering £35 million, making her this year's leading lady.
The impressive figure is mainly driven by income from hit movies The Proposal, which also starred the gorgeous Ryan Reynolds, and The Blind Side, which won Sandra her first Oscar.
The 46-year-old's Academy Award for Best Actress followed her Worst Actress Razzie for movie flop All About Steve, co-starring Bradley Cooper.
'They'll sit side by side in a nice little shelf somewhere,' Sandra joked after her double whammy. 'The Razzie maybe on a different shelf. Lower.'
Cameron Diaz and Reese Witherspoon ranked joint second, each earning £20 million.
Cameron owes her high place to films Knight And Day, in which she stars opposite Tom Cruise, and Shrek Forever After.
Reese's income is based on her advances for upcoming movies How Do You Know and Water For Elephants, plus her earnings as ambassador for Avon Cosmetics.
Fourth place, with £17 million, was awarded to Jennifer Aniston, who still has an income from her role as Rachel Green in TV show Friends and recently launched her first perfume line.
Jennifer held the top place last year together with ex-husband Brad Pitt's current partner, Angelina Jolie.
