Paris Hilton has been demonstrating her Teflon strength against bad ink lately.
Worldwide Entertainment Group recently sued the reality starlet for $8.3 million over her 2006 film entitled “National Lampoon’s Pledge This!” A judge threw the case out on Thursday and a settlement was reached between the two parties.
The company claimed per PA that Hilton wasn’t fulfilling her tubthumping obligations on the project. Hilton stars in the film opposite Carmen Electra and is also billed as executive producer.
Hilton’s lawyers argued that Hilton’s failure to promote the film, didn’t hurt the investors financially.
IMDB describes the plot of “Pledge” as: “At South Beach University, a beautiful sorority president takes in a group of unconventional freshman girls seeking acceptance into her house.” Per Box Office Mojo, the film made just under $2 million at the overseas B.O.
