Jessica Alba 'used to go all-out at clubs'

Jessica Alba showed off her dance moves during an appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.

The actress was promoting her new movieLittle Fockers on the NBC show when Fallon questioned if she still went to clubs.

"I feel so old when I go to clubs," she replied. "It's so weird. Everyone is 16! I used to clear the floor, go all out, do routines!"

Fallon's band then started to play which encouraged Alba to give an impromptu demonstration of her dancing skills. "I don't know what came over me!" she joked afterward.

Alba also spoke about her character in Little Fockers, saying: "I play a pharmaceutical sales rep. She is a huge fan of Gaylord Focker (Ben Stiller). He's a nurse and she wants him to represent this erectile dysfunction medicine that's safe for heart patients."

"It's innovative and groundbreaking," she added. "So even if you've got a weak ticker you can still get it up!"

Little Fockers opens December 22. Late Night With Jimmy Fallon airs weeknights on NBC.
