Paris Hilton Evacuated From Plane After Knife Found on Board

Paris Hilton suffered an airport security scare on Tuesday when she was ordered to evacuate a plane after a knife was found onboard.

The hotel heiress and her boyfriend Cy Waits were due to take off from Los Angeles' LAX airport for Maui, Hawaii but their travel plans were brought to a halt after a passenger found a "box-cutting knife" in a seat pocket.

Hilton tells TMZ.com all passengers were ordered to disembark the plane after the discovery was brought to the attention of a flight attendant, who then called security.

Officials subsequently determined the knife belonged to the airline crew.

Hilton and her fellow passengers had been allowed to re-board as WENN went to press.
