Amid reports that Heidi Montag and her husband barely leave their house anymore, the two were spotted out for lunch at Zooma Sushi and ice cream in Malibu on Friday.
Heidi was full of smiles and waves for the camera while most of the rest of the cast of The Hills was enjoying bikini time in Costa Rica shooting the show's finale. There are rumors that Heidi and Spencer won't even be on the last episode. We can only hope.
