Paris Hilton and her reality show BFF Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen’s soon-to-be official ex wife, have been spending some quality time together, filming scenes for Paris’ new Oxygen network reality TV show that follows the Hilton sister’s jet set lifestyle.
But, what may or may not be shown on camera is Brooke Mueller’s real reality. Charlie Sheen’s ex, who has long battled addiction and has been through a tumultuous year, has checked herself into a sober living facility.
Last night, cameras rolled as Paris Hilton and Brooke Mueller hit up Nobu with some serious double-date arm candy. Paris’ boyfriend Cy Waits brought along his friend, race car driver Marco Andretti and, according to x17online, the two “really hit it off.” A source at Nobu commented that “Marco and Brooke seemed very into each other. All four of them smiled and laughed the entire time, and Paris and Cy seemed tickled that their matchmaking effort was a success.”

However, despite the potentially positive turn in Brooke Mueller’s love life (and her costarring reality show role), it’s not enough to keep her mind off her problems. She “felt weak and that she was struggling and wanted to get counseling to build up her confidence and strength again. Her sobriety is the utmost importance to her,” a source revealed to RadarOnline.com. “The fact that Brooke recognized she was beginning a downward spiral, and wanted to stop it before it got out of control, is a very positive step for her.” It’s a brave and commendable move for Brooke to be proactive - a move that other troubled starlets might need to emulate.
Apparently, Brooke is only spending nights at the sober living facility. She’ll be spending days with her twin sons, Bob and Max Sheen, says a family insider. But, it looks like she’s also taking some mommy breaks for camera time with Paris Hilton…because BFFs (even reality TV show ones) always stick together.
