Audrina Patridge: Venice Beach Beauty

Looking absolutely fabulous, Audrina Patridge was spotted making her way around Venice Beach,California on Monday afternoon (March 22).

Showing off her midriff in a skimpy tank top and jean shorts, the "Hills" hottie strolled around with a few friends after finishing up a shoreside photo shoot.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Patridge was out on Sunday taking part in the LA marathon to raise money and awareness for The Sunshine Kids charity, dedicated to children with cancer.

Audrina even ran the last two miles of the 26.2-mile course to show her support for the brave boys and girls dealing with cancer issues.

Audrina posted the following message on her blog regarding the event:

"Venice was unfortunately a little bit too overcast – but it was still warm enough to play some beach volleyball! It has been such a fun week – with the LA marathon on Sunday then yesterday - volleyball for the Maxim Hot 100 special on E! More details to come!

For now, I grabbed some pictures for my photo album. I love beach volleyball! It's really fun and makes for a great workout! I need to practice my serves! I can't wait to get to play again!"

Lindsay Lohan Moving Next Door to Sam Ronson

Lindsay Lohan may be moving to a new pad -- but she's not leaving her old friends behind!

The starlet, who finished her 90-day rehab stint at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California on Monday, is leaving her old West Hollywood apartment behind for a new four-bedroom beach house in Venice, California right next door to ex girlfriend Sam Ronson!

Unfortunately for Lohan, 24, her former paramour is none too pleased with her new neighbor.

When Lohan's dad, Michael, was moving things into her new place, "Samantha walked out of the building next door," a source tells Us Magazine. "She was shaking her head and looking disgusted. She kept saying, 'I didn't plan it this way.'"

And while Lohan Tweeted an inspirational quote from Gandhi on New Year's Day, writing "Today is the first day of the rest of my life," her ex is far less thrilled with the fresh start.

When photographers asked the DJ if she had any New Year's resolutions, she replied simply, "No. I'm too pissed off right now."
