Rachel Uchitel & Jason Wahler: New Couple?

This might be the most fitting couple in the world.

Sources close to Jason Wahler tell us that he's falling for Rachel Uchitel, most infamously known for being the rumored head notch on Tiger Woods' naughty belt (can you believe it's almost been a year since that crap came out?).

The two good-looking D-listers met during Celebrity Rehab, and apparently it turned into something really special...

Pals close to Lauren Conrad's ex claim Wahler and Uchitel have been "hanging out nonstop" since meeting and are "dating."

Now we use that term loosely for these two horn-babes. And according to Jason and Rachel, dating is not exactly the best word to describe their relaysh, either.

"Rachel is a good friend. We have been through a lot together, and we are very close but have never dated," Wahler tells E!.

Any guesses as to what Uchitel has to say?

"Jason is a great friend. We have been through a lot together, and we are very close but have never dated."

Hmmm...maybe they are just "special buddies" then? Because our insider insists they are more than your standard pair of pals. And so totally doing stuff your typical pals do not do together.

Jason Wahler: Facing More Jail Time

Former Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler got arrested Friday night after he got drunk and threw his shoes at people. Yes, really, according to law enforcement. Wahler got into a scuffle with a bouncer at the Ocean Avenue Brewery in his hometown of Laguna Beach, Calif., and eventually got himself ejected from the joint.

Somehow Jason Wahler, who used to date Lauren Conrad on The Hills, made his way back inside, police later said, and the bouncers had to toss him out again.

The best part? Witnesses say a frustrated Jason removed his shoes and hurled them into the bar, at which point security came out to remove him, and Wahler threw a punch. The cops arrived and arrested the reality TV loser for battery and public intoxication.

Oh, and Wahler still has 11 days left on his probation stemming from his drunken, racist, homophobic, violent tirade against a tow-truck driver back in 2007. That means if he gets convicted, he faces even more trouble. Enjoy jail!

Wahler was recently fired from some movie role he somehow landed. Maybe that played into this outburst somehow. Or maybe he is just a drunken idiot.

Lauren Conrad and Jason Wahler - The reality teens started dating during their stint on the MTV hit “Laguna Beach.” Shortly after the teens left “Laguna,” Lauren headed for “The Hills.” Jason became a fixture during the show’s first season, and the two endured a roller coaster relationship. During the season finale, Lauren famously turned down an internship in Paris to stay with her beach beau. In August of 2006, the couple called it quits. To make matters worse, some claim it was Jason who started spreading the infamous “Hills” sex tape rumors that drove LC and Heidi apart. Although, Spencer certainly didn’t help much. Jason Wahler Fired From Film

Lauren Conrad’s ex, Jason Wahler, just can’t seem to get his act together. The former Laguna Beach star was fired from the film he was set to star in due to “personal problems” a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“Jason was let go from the project because of his behavior,” a well placed source close to the film said.

The troubled actor, 22, was in pre-production for Five Good Years, to be shot in Detroit. The insider told RadarOnline.com that Wahler wowed executives at FourTwoFive Films and they hired him without even auditioning. However that all changed within a few days.

In an exclusive statement from the project's director, Bruce Reisman, he tells us "FourTwoFive Films did not proceed in formalizing our “offer” with his management as a result of any drug or alcohol problem."

"I did not, ever, witness his being inebriated or on-drugs, either in a social or professional environment."

Reisman does admit, however, that he and staff "experienced first-hand behavior form Jason that was not conducive with FourTwoFive Films' expectations."

Wahler’s battle with drugs and alcohol is no secret. His addictions became public following a brief stint on MTV’s The Hills, in which he co-starred alongside then girlfriend Lauren Conrad. Following his departure from the show, Wahler was arrested twice for various charges including underage drinking and assault. He spent time in jail and eventually went to rehab.

“He’d say, ‘I’ll meet you at this place at this time,’ and then he wouldn’t show up,” our source said. “He’d say, ‘Oh I was in Arizona’, when in reality he was in LA all along.”

“Jason was given a very good opportunity to change his image,” the source added. “He has tremendous potential to be a major star."

Wahler’s manager was not immediately available for comment.

Jason Wahler Arrested for Hitting A Female

Known for his numerous run-ins with the law, breaking reports tell that Lauren Conrad's ex, Jason Wahler, has once again been arrested for assault.

With the incident taking place during the early hours of Sunday morning (June 6), TMZ tells that the former "Hills" badboy hit a female party attendee after an argument.

Immediately after the blowout, Wahler was taken into custody and has since been charged with one count of misdemeanor battery.

This is the sixth alcohol related arrest for Jason with his last legal snafu coming by way of DUI in March 2010.

Jason Wahler Pleads Guilty to DUI

The Hills star Jason Wahler was sentenced Monday in an Orange County, Calif., courtroom to three years probation after pleading guilty to drunk driving.

Wahler, 23, also received three months in an alcohol-offender program and two days in jail, although he was given credit for time already served.

The reality TV star was arrested two months ago in Newport Beach, Calif., with a blood-alcohol level of .19, more than twice the legal limit.

A rep for Wahler couldn't be reached for comment.

Heidi Pratt Relying on Painkillers Post Surgery?

Sources on the set of The Hills fear that Heidi Pratt is developing a dangerous addiction to painkillers -- months after her recovery from plastic surgery.

"She's a shell of her former self," a show insider tells the new issue of Us Weekly, on stands today. (A rep for the reality star, 23, tells Us, "This is completely ridiculous.")

Indeed, Heidi and her husband, Spencer, have developed increasingly weird behavior. While their 2008 elopement to Mexico was done with a knowing wink, they're recently "crossed over to this bizarre place," the source says.

Case in point: Heidi only agreed to get 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day last November "because she knew it would be a huge story," an insider says. (Laments pal Jason Wahler to Us, "I knew her when she was normal.")

"They are addicted to the fame," the source says. "As The Hills winds down and people start to care less, they are desperate to get back that high."

Pals say they've always had a thirst for fame -- especially Spencer, who declared shortly after The Hills premiered in 2006, "I'm going to date those girls and blow that show up.

Says a source who knew Heidi then, "She was spellbound. If it weren't for him, she'd be a mom in the suburbs."

Jason Wahler: "I Am Ashamed of Everything"

Former Hills star Jason Wahler says he felt incredible "shame" when he made headlines again last weekend for his sixth alcohol-related arrest in recent years. A week prior, online video footage also surfaced of Wahler, 23, being cuffed by Mexican police in Cabo San Lucas March 11 after he allegedly got into a club brawl.

"I am very ashamed of everything," he tells UsMagazine.com. "I am very sorry for everything that's happened."

So what went wrong for Wahler, who claimed in 2007 that he had cleaned up his act and even did a stint in rehab?

About six months ago, he tells Us he moved back to Orange County from L.A. and enrolled in the University of Phoenix in Fountain Valley, Calif., hoping to earn a business degree. He even began going to AA up to five times a week. "I had a sponsor and stuff," says Wahler. "You know, the whole thing."

While traveling to L.A. "doing the whole movie stuff," he says he "got distracted" and "started falling out of the program ... I lost contact with my sponsor."

On March 19, he was taken into custody at 10:54 p.m. for DUI while driving a 2008 Chevy Tahoe. He likely will face jail time. He declined to talk about the incident, but he tells Us, "I think everything happens for a reason. God did that to me, so maybe I would be at [rock] bottom and want to climb my way to the top."

"It's all about getting back on track," Wahler tells Us. "My girlfriend, my parents, my brothers, my sisters and a handful of my best friends are willing to do everything to keep me out of trouble."

Jason Wahler In Drunken Nightclub Fight, Again.

Jason Wahler, former Hills-star/ex-boyfriend of Lauren Conrad, got a serious dose of reality Thursday night -- because dude was cuffed and thrown into the back of a pickup truck in Mexico after he allegedly got into a fight at a nightclub.

Sources tell TMZ it all went down at the Pink Kitty night club in Cabo San Lucas -- where Wahler allegedly got into a scuffle with someone inside the bar.

We're told security escorted Wahler outside after the alleged fight -- where cops manhandled him and tossed him into the back of a pickup truck.

The local police told us they didn't have anybody named Jason Wahler in their jail ... and so far no comments from his rep or lawyer ... so ... if you we never see him again, we know why.

Hills Poll: Who Cheated On Lauren Conrad?

In the March 2010 issue of Seventeen Magazine, Lauren Conrad makes a shocking statement of her reign on reality TV. "I knew back then [that] I was being cheated on."

She then told the mag that she "overlooked it" at the time and has grown since the incident. "The more confident me has come to the point where I've finally realized it's not something that everyone does. It's not okay to have your guy hook up with someone else. You deserve more."

On making a name for herself as a designer: “I’ve sacrificed and worked very hard to get where I am now. So whereas someone just getting out of fashion school may have to struggle for years to have the opportunity to start a clothing line, I’ve been working every single day since I was seventeen toward this. I’m also faced with different challenges. I go into meetings, and people have this preconceived notion of me that I didn’t work hard to get where I am.”

On Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery and Jason Wahler’s decision to join Celebrity Rehab: “They’ve moved on to a different life now. Being on a show like that is a lot more than people think. You’re thrust into the spotlight. There’s all this pressure to act a certain way. It’s hard to adjust. You have to decide early on whether or not you’re willing to do that.”

On her return to reality TV: “It’s going to be very different. I’m doing it on my own terms now. I get final editing approval. That was the only way I would agree to do it.”
