Lindsay Lohan avoids jail again

Lindsay Lohan will not be going behind bars again, but it will be in rehabilitation until the holidays. Judge Elden Fox of the Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday just to save her from jail, but instead ordered the girl problems remain in treatment until 3 January. The judge was determining if Lohan had violated his parole in September when he admitted taking cocaine and Adderall and failing his drug test.

According to TMZ, Lohan returned to rehab on Friday evening or Saturday morning, and must return to court for another hearing on February 25, 2011. And he was crying at the end of his sentence today, but all the time he had seen to smile.

Lindsay came to court at 8 am on Friday with his lawyer and his mother aside. Just hours before, left the facility where you are living and rehabilitating in southern California, to prepare for trial. He has been there since late September.

On September 24, was refused bail and Lindsay was taken into custody after failing her drug testing. The judge sent him to prison without hearing arguments from the team of the actress, but hours later he got another judge who turned the conviction and the star could go free on bail.

This is the fifth time he has to go to court since May; all resulting from an incident in 2007 when he was arrested driving while intoxicated. Had already been put in prison, but served 22 days of the 90 whom he had been sentenced, and 90 days should also be in rehab, also served a reduced sentence of 14 days.

However, upon returning to drugs, requiring again in court, and now will be until the end of the year again locked ... at least not in prison, but trying to recover in rehab.

Teen Mom's Amber Portwood Is In Jail

TMZ has obtained the mug shot of "Teen Mom" Amber Portwood -- taken moments after she was arrested in Indiana for allegedly beating the crap out of her baby daddy ... in front of their daughter.

According to Amber's booking sheet -- the 20-year-old measured in at 5'3", 138 lbs.

Amber was charged with two felony counts of domestic battery, one felony count of neglect of a dependent, and one misdemeanor count of domestic battery.

As we previously reported, Amber allegedly attacked Gary Shirley three separate times between August 2009 and July 2010. Some of the violence was captured on video.

We're told Amber faces three years behind bars and up to $10,000 in fines if convicted on all charges.

Is Lindsay Lohan Headed Back to Jail?

The revolving jail door may be spinning once again for Lindsay Lohan, who's under police investigation for battery against a rehab worker.

L.A. Superior Court Judge Elden Fox may be faced with having to make good on his threat of more incarceration for Lohan if she violated probation in a DUI case.

"If the latest allegations are true, it just spells disaster for Lindsay," says L.A. criminal defense attorney Richard Hirsch, who's not involved with the case. "After all the chances she's had, the judge may have no other option left."

Two months ago, Fox spared Lohan from jail after she failed a drug test, convinced that the actress – an admitted addict – needed more treatment and ordered her to remain at the Betty Ford Center until at least Jan. 3.

"I agree that relapse is a part of recovery, but I'm not going to be manipulated," Fox said, threatening her with six months behind bars if she slipped up again.

The actress, 24, has so far served three stints at a Lynwood, Calif., jail.

"Judge Fox isn't one to make idle threats," says another L.A. criminal defense attorney, Steve Sitkoff. "Especially if he decides that Lindsay was the instigator in the scuffle with the Betty Ford employee, that'll make him more likely to punish her with jail instead of treatment."

As of Wednesday, both the L.A. District Attorney and Fox had not been officially notified of Lohan's alleged infractions.
