Lindsay Lohan Can't Go Home For The Holidays

Looks like this Thanksgiving is shaping up to be a turkey for Lindsay Lohan. The currently rehabbing actress is being forced to spend the holiday in treatment instead of with her family on Long Island.

"As of now she's not coming home," a family source exclusively tells E! News. "She's not allowed to. But Dina's still trying to get her home."

How's that going?

So far, no dice.

Lindsay has been awarded day passes away from her Betty Ford-supervised home in Rancho Mirage for good behavior, visiting her West Hollywood condo and doing a photo shoot for a clothing line. She's even made amends with her father, Michael, who has been paying visits to her. But it is unlikely she will be spending the holiday with him, either, according to the source.

Per a court order, Lohan must remain in treatment until Jan. 3, and is not permitted to leave the state without permission from the judge.

Lindsay Lohan Visits Her West Hollywood Home

Lindsay Lohan came home from the Betty Ford Center Saturday, Radar Online is reporting.

But the Mean Girls star didn't bust out of rehab early. Lindsay recieved a "day pass" so she could have a business meeting with Matthew Wilder, the director of her upcoming film, Inferno.

It looks like she was successful, and a relaxed-looking Lindsay accompanied only by her faithful assistant Eleonore, were spotted at the starlet's West Hollywood home Saturday morning.

Lohan is reportedly making remarkable progress at Betty Ford, a treatment center her mother Dina described on Today as the answer to her prayers for Lindsay.

Lindsay Lohan To Live With Dina Post-Rehab

Lindsay Lohan will not head back to her West Hollywood condo when she leaves the Betty Ford Center on January 4th after her court-ordered stay at the treatment center. Instead, the troubled starlet will travel to a secret location where she will stay with family, mom Dina, and her siblings, after she exits rehab next week.

A source close to Lindsay tells X17online exclusively:

"Lindsay will be staying at a (secret for now) location starting the 4th of January, with her family, mother and siblings. She also has the support of me and her other friends. As long as she doesn't fail any tests (and everyone is going to make sure she doesn't) she'll be put on summary (unsupervised) probation on February 25th."

Is mom Dina really the best guardian to protect Lindsay's sobriety? She's been known to hit up clubs with both her girls -- even with underage Ali.

Our source tells us:

"She [Lindsay] got to see her family on Christmas, and is of course be staying at a new (secret for now) Betty Ford sober living house with out the cameras on her. From our conversations I'd say she's very lucid and clear minded."

Is Lindsay on the right track or the road to nowhere with her post-rehab plan?
