Hi my dears,
For those who celebrate the holiday, I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your friends and family. Here are some pictures I wanted to share with you from my dinner with my family. I am so thankful for each and every one of them. Unfortunately I had to leave early and catch a plane after dinner but I heard that the Icebox pie I made was a huge hit!

Stephanie Pratt’s Thanksgiving Mission

Lending a helping hand to those in need, Stephanie Pratt was among the stars dishing out meals at the Los Angeles Mission on Wednesday afternoon (November 25).

The “Hills” hottie joined the likes of Corbin Bleu, Olesya Rulin, Kayla Ewell and Debby Ryan in greeting thousands of people by handing out plates packed with turkey and all the trimmings.

The good deed comes as Miss Pratt currently finds herself dealing with legal matters stemming from a DUI arrest - of which she’s still awaiting sentencing.

Recently rumored to have checked into rehab, Steph shot down any such thought, tweeting a few days ago, “I’m turning off my phone-this is ridiculous pls stop telling me where I am. I’m not in rehab for the 100th time. Gnight.”

Audrina's Blog: Healthy Thanksgiving Recipes!

Instead of green bean casserole we will be making green bean vinaigrette.

Serves 8
2 pounds green beans, stem ends trimmed
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions
Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a large pot fitted with a steamer basket. Fill a large bowl with ice water; set aside. Place green beans, stem ends trimmed, in basket. Cover; steam until crisp-tender, 5 to 8 minutes. Plunge beans in ice water. When cool, drain; pat dry with paper towels. Transfer to a large bowl. In a small bowl or jar, whisk or shake extra-virgin olive oil, white-wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, coarse salt, and ground pepper until thickened and combined. Pour over beans; toss to coat.

Casey is obsessed with blood oranges and ginger! I was super excited when I found this recipe, here's a cranberry relish with ginger.

1 blood orange, unpeeled and preferably organic, scrubbed
2 bags (12 oz. each) fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup peeled and finely chopped fresh ginger

Directions: Cut the blood orange (with its peel on) into 16 chunks and discard any seeds. Working in batches, combine the orange chunks, cranberries, sugar and ginger in a food processor. Pulse to chop finely and evenly, stopping once or twice with each batch to scrape down the sides of the work bowl.

Transfer to a storage container, cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to develop the flavors. Bring to room temperature and stir well before serving. Serves 8 to 10.

I also thought I would fill you guys in on a few survival secrets I've picked up thru the years. First of all, do not starve yourself the day of thanksgiving and then gorge on the feast! Eat sensibly like it's any other day. I prefer to have a little taste of everything instead of piling on the favorites not to mention how happy it makes my mom when I try all of her dishes. The dangerous ingredient is alcohol, when you have a drink or a few you will be far more inclined to eat seconds or thirds! So drink two glasses of water before you even start to pick or sip!

Jessica Simpson: Fiance Hid Ring "In A Shoe"

Jessica Simpson's fiance Eric Johnson was super-sneaky planning his Nov. 11 proposal.

As Simpson, 30, explained during a Tuesday appearance on the Jimmy Fallon Show, Johnson, 31, was in cahoots with her parents Joe and Tina and her little sister Ashlee Simpson-Wentz about the impending moment.

"He had talked to my dad, he had talked to my mom, he even talked to my sister. Everybody knew but me!" Simpson said, adding her family kept the secret "for about three weeks."

As for her $150,000 ring? "He kept the ring hidden in a shoe at my house," the star said of the Neil Lane bauble, a 5-carat ruby (Simpson's birthstone) flanked by 3-carat diamonds.

When he finally popped the question, "It was at my house," Simpson said. "It was romantic that he actually asked me at my house, because that's my little safe haven."

The star will be spending Thanksgiving in NYC with her hubby-to-be -- and, for the first time, the native Texan will be doing it vegan style to please her health-conscious man.

"For Thanksgiving we have to make a Tofurkey!" Simpson said. "It doesn't sound right! It's gonna be jiggly and weird."

Lindsay Lohan Can't Go Home For The Holidays

Looks like this Thanksgiving is shaping up to be a turkey for Lindsay Lohan. The currently rehabbing actress is being forced to spend the holiday in treatment instead of with her family on Long Island.

"As of now she's not coming home," a family source exclusively tells E! News. "She's not allowed to. But Dina's still trying to get her home."

How's that going?

So far, no dice.

Lindsay has been awarded day passes away from her Betty Ford-supervised home in Rancho Mirage for good behavior, visiting her West Hollywood condo and doing a photo shoot for a clothing line. She's even made amends with her father, Michael, who has been paying visits to her. But it is unlikely she will be spending the holiday with him, either, according to the source.

Per a court order, Lohan must remain in treatment until Jan. 3, and is not permitted to leave the state without permission from the judge.
