Fresh from her exciting pregnancy news, Pink was spotted picking up a few items in Malibu, California on Wednesday (November 10, 2010).

The “Please Don’t Leave Me” singer didn’t seem all too thrilled to see the paparazzi show up as she made her way from the Do-It Center back to her vehicle.

Lauren Conrad Book Signing In Her Hometown

Fans of Lauren Conrad flocked to Laguna Beach Books on Saturday afternoon as the reality star they watched grow up returned to her hometown as an accomplished author and designer.

Conrad signed her latest novel, "Sugar and Spice," and "Lauren Conrad Style" for about 200 people. Though Conrad now spends most of her time in L.A., she still has a home in Laguna and comes back whenever she can.

"It's a little more laid back," said Conrad, adding she misses the beaches when she's away. "Of course we have Malibu, but it's not the same."

Fans, many of them teens, came from around Orange County and beyond for the book signing. When it comes to style, Conrad said she encouraged girls to be creative and make mistakes.

"It's important to develop your personal style," she said. "When you're younger, I think it's easier to go with the crowd."

Karissa: Girl-on-Girl Sex Tape W/ Heidi Exists

Spencer Pratt has unearthed a girl-on-girl tape featuring Heidi Montag and Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon .... sources tell TMZ.

We're told not too long ago Spencer was at the Malibu house he once shared with Heidi ... moving out some of his stuff. Sources tell us Spencer came upon a camera with XXX video of Heidi and Karissa -- and the light bulb went off.

Sources say it was then that Spencer decided he could make a fortune selling his "library" to Vivid Entertainment -- much of it featuring naked, fornicating Speidi.

We could not reach Heidi and her reps were mum.

As for Karissa Shannon -- she tells us such a tape does indeed exist, but she's not convinced Spencer really has it. Karissa says if the tape ever sees the light of day, she'll sue the pants off him.

Heidi's Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan Dies

TMZ has learned ... Dr. Frank Ryan -- a prominent Beverly Hills plastic surgeon to the stars, famous for Heidi Montag's extreme makeover, was killed in a car crash.

According to law enforcement, Dr. Ryan's Jeep went over the side of Pacific Coast Highway yesterday at around 4:30 PM. The Jeep landed on rocks and lifeguards initially tried to help Ryan, to no avail.

Ryan, who was 50, was trapped in the vehicle and had major head injuries. The Ventura County Fire Department tried hoisting Ryan using a helicopter, but the attempt was called off. Ryan was pronounced dead at the scene.

Minutes before the crash, Ryan Tweeted, "After 25 years of driving by, I finally hiked to the top of the giant sand dune on the pch west of Malibu. Much harder than it looks! Whew!"

Ryan's last Tweet, "Border collie jill surveying the view from atop the sand dune." Ryan posted the picture below with his Tweet. Law enforcement tells us the dog was injured but survived.

UPDATE: Heidi Montag just took to Twitter to post her grievances. "I am devastated to hear the news of Dr. Frank Ryan's death. He was the most amazing person I have ever known. He was an angel and changed my life and the lives of everyone he met. He was the most brilliant talented surgeon who will ever exist. Dr. Frank Ryan changed the world."

"My thoughts and prayers go out to his mother, family, friends, and anyone who was ever blessed enough to meet him," she concluded. "He is in a better place."

Heidi & Spencer Are Living Together Post-Split

Despite keeping up appearances in public that they have parted ways, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have been living in the same house, a source exclusively tells Radar Online.

“Spencer thinks this is how he is going to get famous again, they have staged the entire thing separation/divorce thing,” the source said. Heidi filed for legal separation from Spencer in June.

“Heidi and Spencer have been living together in a house in Malibu since the original break up.”

Now, “Heidi never leaves the house. She has changed her phone number and her e-mail several times. She doesn’t even speak to [her sister] Holly or anyone in her family.”

Infamous for her laundry list of plastic surgeries, Montag continues to be unhappy about her looks says the source.

“Heidi apparently has another piece of tape over her nose and she is complaining about her weight again.

Brody Jenner & Avril Lavigne's 4th of July Surf

Brody Jenner is probably used to being the man-in-charge of his relationships, but now that he's dating someone more famous than himself (and famous for something other than just being famous), he seems content to sit back and let Avril steer the boat! Well, in this case, the stand up surfboard!

Spencer Pratt Gets His Last 'Hills' Paycheck

Heidi Montag filed separation papers from her husband Spencer Pratt—just shortly after Spencer received his last check from MTV for $675,000.

Heidi is getting her own reality show and, with Tuesday’s separation filing, it appears she doesn’t want Spencer to be part of that deal.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if Spencer goes postal now,” the source told RadarOnline.com. “I mean he just got his last check and the way that kid blows through cash, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s broke by the end of July.”

The source revealed that since moving out of the Pacific Palisades home he shared with Montag, Spencer has been “living in Malibu.” How ironic that Heidi is also living in Malibu.

Pratt’s last paycheck was for The Hills. According to court documents it appears that he and Heidi had a prenuptial agreement, but with now with an official separation, whatever Heidi makes in the future, Spencer can’t touch.

That is, of course, unless they are still together…

Speidi Breakup Hoax: The Smoking Gun?

People have suspected that the "shocking" breakup of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt was all a giant sham from the start, but a new piece of the puzzle has emerged that may reveal it's all part of a new reality show.

That piece is a $5.5 million Malibu pad where Heidi and Jen Bunney say they moved in to for a summer of girl time and so Heidi could get away from Spencer which seemed believable enough, given the recent erratic behavior that led to Heidi and Spencer's "breakup," and that it was never announced by the plastic pair.

However, the lease for the place was signed days before Heidi's rep confirmed the split, with neither Heidi Montag, Jen Bunney or Spencer Pratt's name on it. The lease is only three months ... just long enough for the summer! Funny how that worked out, right?

A cynical mind might even say the thing reeks of a setup, with the couple in cahoots with Jen Bunney as well as enterprising reality show producers throughout. So did someone know a split was coming, and who? If it was sudden, why would someone else sign a lease for them ahead of time?

Heidi Montag's New Mansion: A Familiar Spread

Heidi Montag is very familiar with her new Malibu pad. The 23-year-old reality star used the 5-bedroom, 6-bath, 62,000 sq ft home ... owned by famous Malibu architect Robert Hayne ... for her Playboy September 2009 magazine spread.

In the Playboy photos, Heidi can seen striking a naked pose on a bareskin rug in the bedroom ... and in front of the home's fireplace. At the time of the shoot, photographer Matthew Rolston tells us he and Heidi fell in love with The Hayne House and themed it out with a "70's surf feel." Judging by the new pics of the pad, the new look is anything but retro!

Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt Still Live Together

Heidi and Spencer have pulled the wool over everyone's eyes. Shocking! Looks like the reality couple who claim to have split, are still living under the same roof ... and this roof belongs to a $5.5 million dollar pad.

The real estate agent repping the home tells X17online exclusively the reality couple has rented the 5-bedroom, 6-bath, 62,000 sq ft, single-story sprawling spread through the summer ... with an option to buy!

We caught Mr. Pratt off guard yesterday while he was grabbing some early morning grub at Coogie's Beach Cafe in The Malibu Colony Plaza. We were told that Mr. Pratt wasn't too happy that X17 captured these exclusive pix ... especially since he wasn't paid a dime for them!

So why was Spencer hanging in Malibu so early in the morning? Looks like Spence has actually been living with his supposedly estranged wife Heidi at their newly rented Malibu home.

As for the possibility of shooting the yet untitled Heidi reality show at the beach-side home, the agent says that no where in the papers does it say that it will be used for television purposes. In fact, he tells X17online exclusively, "There would have to be proper releases and insurance to make sure that none of the homes expensive interior and property would be damaged." However he admits, if they were to film a show there, it would only "increase the home's value."
