Enjoying more and more freedom, Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving her sober living house in Palm Desert, CA on Friday evening (November 19).

Seemingly in a good mood, the "Mean Girls" start was looking refreshed as she took off her sunglasses before getting into her car for a dinner outing with her friends.

In related news, AP reports tell that LA Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler cited insufficient evidence in his decision to dismiss felony burglary charges against Rachel Lee - who burglarized stars including LiLo..

The judge indicated that prosecutors may be able to pursue a new case, but at the current time Judge Fidler told, "You have a nice receiving [charge]... You don't have a burglary."

Looking refreshed in an oversized cardigan and black leggings, the "Mean Girls" star smiled it up for paparazzi while spotted outside of the sober living house.

Lindsay & Michael Lohan's Emotional Reunion

Lindsay Lohan reunited with her estranged father Michael on Sunday when the two took a trip to a local Palm Desert, California shopping center.

“Michael and Lindsay were at the mall for quite a while, but spent most of their time in a jewelry store,” an eyewitness told Radar Online.

Michael dropped Lindsay off at the Betty Ford Center and returned to the store. “He purchased something Lindsay had her eye on and seemed overjoyed by their reunion,” they said.

“She appeared genuinely happy to be spending time with her father,” the source said.

After completing roughly five weeks of rehab at Betty Ford, Lindsay will undergo therapy with Michael, in an attempt to get to the bottom of the bad feelings she has toward her father, Radar Online has learned exclusively.

"Michael is prepared to do anything to get it right this time," said another source.

Lindsay Lohan's Alleged Abuse Victim Speaks

Hours after Lindsay Lohan became the subject of a brand-new police investigation for allegedly assaulting a Betty Ford Center employee, chemical technician Dawn Holland is opening up about what went down on December 12.

"Lindsay and two other patients had snuck out, went drinking and tried to sneak back in and they got caught. We were told by our administration on-call to do a breathalyzer test, which she refused to do," Holland tells TMZ. "She was angry and out of control."

According to Holland, the 24-year-old actress first pushed her after she asked the Mean Girls star to take her hands off another patient. When the four went inside the sober living facility, Holland says that Lohan "kept yelling and cursing and screaming" as she phoned the police.

"Then she tried to snatch the phone from out of my arm," Holland claims. "She grabbed my wrist and twisted my arm and my hand to get the phone."

Holland later went to the emergency room; she is currently out on workman's compensation because the injuries she sustained prohibit her from using her right hand.

The alleged incident is a misdemeanor; the Palm Desert Police Department's investigation is still ongoing.

"She was the only patient out of the three who was being very uncooperative and out of control," Holland adds of Lohan. "I did not touch the woman! I am not willing to risk my job over any patient."
