Stephanie Pratt: Rehab Bound?

Stephanie Pratt’s recent arrest for suspicion of DUI may have finally scared the troubled Hills star straight. Just hours after Stephanie was released on bail on October 18, she confided to a pal that she was going to rehab.

“Stephanie is going to enroll in an outpatient program in LA to deal with her use of alcohol,” her pal explains. “Getting a DUI was the wake-up call that she needed to get professional help for her drinking problem.

Like a lot of people, she needed something to shake her up. She realizes it could have been a lot worse.” Stephanie, 23, was at Holly Montag’s birthday party with Hills co-star Stacie Hall just before her DUI arrest.

TMZ has learned Stephanie Pratt was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence early this morning in Hollywood. Law enforcement tells us Pratt, who appears frequently on MTV's The Hills, was busted this morning at 3:45 AM PT in Hollywood. She was taken into custody. Her bail is set at $5,000. Pratt is still in custody. She's just been booked.

UPDATE: A source close to Pratt tells us Stephanie had just left Holly Montag's birthday party when she was pulled over. Our source says cops watched Stephanie get in her car and were waiting to bust her.

UPDATE: So how's this for crazy. We're told some spectators who had just gotten out of a club saw Pratt get busted. Some started taking pictures, which ticked off some of the others and a big fight broke out on the street while Stephanie was being cuffed. But Steph was the only one taken into custody.

Kristin Cavallari and Stacie Hall were enjoying a lunch date with one another on Friday set up by The Hills, for The Hills. A couple weeks ago Kristin couldn't even think of Stacie's name, but now they seem to be besties! Now that is reality at its best.

Holly Montag Spars With Comedian at L.A.’s Laugh Factory

Holly Montag – much to her horror -- found herself part of the act during a comedy set for charity at the Laugh Factory in West Hollywood last night.

Montag was in the front row of the club, and a source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that he personally witnessed Montag talking loudly and being generally disruptive during several of the comedians’ set. It got to the point where some of the comics made her a part of their jokes.

Then, it got ugly.

Chris Franjola -- one of the comedians who regularly appears on the Chelsea Handler show, Chelsea Lately -- was performing his standup act when Montag abruptly walked out with a friend. Because she was in the front row, everyone noticed her leaving.

Franjola started hassling her in joking way, and Montag shot back: “We’re leaving because you’re not funny.”

The crowd went wild. Then, someone in the audience noticed that Montag had left her purse, grabbed it and threw it on the stage. Franjola opened it and pulled out a tampon. The crowd went crazy.

At that moment, Montag – realizing she had left her purse at her table -- came back inside the club. She went up on stage, snatched her purse back and said: “That’s inappropriate. That’s a violation.”

Montag then sat back down in the front row and said: “I’m not afraid of you.”

A security person at the Laugh Factory then escorted Montag out because she was being too disruptive.

As she left, Franjola turned to the crowd and said: “Was I wrong?”

The crowd went wild in support of Franjola.
