It looks like one chapter of Sandra Bullock’s life is finally closed. Jesse James and Sandra Bullock have finally sold their home that they shared together in Orange County, CA for reported millions.

Sources say that the house was located in Sunset Beach and was reportedly on the market for $ 5,995,000, but was later sold on December 10 for $4.5 million. This comes after a rough year that saw Bullock win her first Oscar, only to find out that then husband, Jesse James, had been cheating on her throughout their marriage. After adopting baby Louis things seemed to be looking up for Bullock and after settling into her new, Austin, TX, it looks like life is back under control. The home being sold finally closes

Jesse James' Ex-Wife To Follow Sandra Bullock To Texas

Los Angeles, CA, United States (AHN) - Where Sandra Bullock goes, her ex-husband's ex-wife also follows. Janine Lindemulder will be moving to Texas, where the Oscar winner has purchased a home, so she can be closer to her daughter Sunny.


When it was learned that Bullock is moving to the Lone Star state to raise adopted baby Louis, ex-husband Jesse James also decided to move to Austin so his three children, who all adored Bullock, can be closer to their former stepmom.

James has physical custody of 6-year-old Sunny, but shares legal custody with her mother Lindemulder. Since James is moving with his kids to Texas, Lindemulder decided to follow so she can be with Sunny.

But that's not all. Since she is moving, she wants more money from James to help her with the transition.

Lindemulder wants $9,000 a month in child support, $3,500 of that is for her living expense. But according to TMZ, the judge ordered James to pay her just $3,000 a month for child support payment.

Sandra Bullock may be divorcing Jesse James, but a source close to the actress says the two are on speaking terms.

It’s been a little more than three months since the Jesse James cheating scandal broke, and now sources say that James and wife Sandra Bullock are on speaking terms again.
Although a source close to Bullock told me that the actress, who has filed for divorce, “does not intend on getting back together with James,” the source noted, “They are speaking and they are cordial.”
James’ upcoming move to Austin, Texas, where Bullock has a home, is attributable to their cordial relationship.
