Paris Hilton is not at all phased by the failure of her first album, Paris, which came out in 2006. The reggae inspired first single, “Stars Are Blind,” was fun to laugh at, but can anyone really take her seriously as a musician? I thought we had eclipsed the “Paris wants to be a pop star” phase, but alas not. Pictures of the heiress on the set of a new music video have surfaced. Yep, she’s making a follow up. Noooo!
After the jump, some lessons Paris can learn from other celebs who’ve tried to transition into the music biz—some even successfully—so that her second album isn’t as much of a bust.
