Kim Kardashian does not want her fan to go under the surgeries just to imitate her look. One of her intense follower is planning to head to toe plastic surgery.

Kim Kardashian, response her immediately and begging the fan just to call off her plan. The fan getting head to toe plastic surgery to look like Kim Kardashian so her husband won't leave her. She worships her.
