Hilary Duff is spotted on a shopping spree in Paris, France on February 5, 2011. The American singer/actress visited the Christian Louboutin shoe store, the Hermes store and the stores of French stylists Isabel Marant and Samuel Le Bihan. She also bought some sunglasses.
