Glee’s last episode before the season finale is called “Funeral” — which means somebody is going to die. But who? The good news: Everybody you see in these on-set photos is still alive. The bad news: A couple of beloved characters are definitely missing.
Cory Monteith Prepares to Film a Scene on the Set of Glee on April 21, 2011
Judging from Cory Monteith’s obvious funeral attire, we can safely assume that Finn is not the one getting killed off. Still, considering how key his character is, that was probably already a foregone conclusion.
Lea Michele Leaves Her Trailer on the Set of Glee on April 21, 2011
You didn’t actually think that Lea Michele’sRachel would get killed off, did you? We’re assuming the universe would sooner implode.
Matthew Morrison Prepares to Film a Glee Funeral Scene on April 21, 2011
Looks like Mr. Schue has escaped the grim reaper’s evil clutch, but what about his adorably timid ladylove, Emma Pillsbury? It’s worth noting that Jayma Mays did not appear in any of the on-set photos. Well, Emma’s certainly not in every episode of Glee. Hopefully she just chose not to attend the funeral.
Dianna Agron Wears a Jacket Between Scenes on the Set of Glee on April 21, 2011
Dianna Agron may be smiling on set, but is her character, Quinn, headed for major heartbreak? Of all Glee’s male main characters, two guys — and former Quinn lovers — were noticeably absent from all funeral photos: Mark Salling(Puck) and Chord Overstreet (Sam). OMG! Could one of these football hotties really be biting the dust?
Chris Colfer Prepares to Film a Glee Funeral Scene on April 21, 2011
Kurt (Chris Colfer) is safe, but we noticed his new boy-toy Blaine (Darren Criss) didn’t attend the funeral. Blaine usually shows up to support Kurt in times like these, but then again, having a Warbler not show up at a McKinley funeral wouldn’t be a total surprise. We’re much more concerned about the possibility that Kurt’s dad may be the one to go. After all, Burt Hummeldid suffer a heart attack earlier in the season!
Harry Shum Jr. Prepares to Film a Glee Funeral Scene on April 21, 2011
Looks like Mike Chang (Harry Shum Jr.) is alive and well. This is good news: We would definitely have mourned the death of the Other Asian, his dance awesome moves, and of course … his killer abs.
Jane Lynch Greets Co-Star Harry Shum Jr. on the Glee Set on April 21, 2011
Looks like Sue Sylvester is not the one kicking the bucket, either! But is the life of another McKinley sports coach in jeopardy? Dot-Marie Jones (Coach Bieste) did not show up in any of the funeral pics.
Heather Morris Chats with a Mystery Guy on the Glee Set on April 21, 2011
Heather Morris’ velvet dress and black tights certainly look like they could be funeral attire to us. Looks like our adorably dim-wittedBrittany is safe!

The fate of her former hook-up, Puck, might still be in question, but Santana (Naya Rivera) appears to be safe!

Artie seems to be alive and well, too, becauseKevin McHale is definitely sporting funeral attire.
Kevin McHale and Amber Riley Chat on the Glee Set on April 21, 2011
Our favorite diva, Mercedes, seems to be alive and kicking — judging by Amber Riley’s brightly-colored funeral dress. All right, guys: Only one photo left. Who do you think it’s going to be?
Jenna Ushkowitz Prepares to Film a Glee Funeral Scene on April 21, 2011
Sweet rocker chick Tina Cohen-Chang (Jenna Ushkowitz) is alive, but we can’t help but notice that newer Glee club addition Lauren Zizes(Ashley Fink) didn’t show up to the funeral. Yikes. That’s a lot of potential deaths. Who do you think is the one kicking the bucket?
