Leighton Meester & Penn Badgley Filming In NYC

Kicking off another day of work on “Gossip Girl,” Leighton Meester and Penn Badgley were spotted on the New York City set today (November 16).

The CW costars both looked a bit chilly and wore winter coats to stay warm as they filmed scenes together.
